Sexual Abuse Summit 2015 is hosted by the Georgia Baptist Convention

There are many voices speaking into the issue of child sexual abuse.

The purpose of the Summit is to get above the noise and provide ministry leaders with information and resources essential to protect children and those who serve them.

Summit presenters are attorneys and experts who repeatedly address legal issues linked to child sexual abuse faced by ministry leaders. Summit topics include preventative measures and resources, responding to an allegation, caring for victims and their families, mandatory reporting requirements, changes in the law and more.

Summit speakers will address critical issues facing ministry leaders regarding child sexual abuse. Attendees will leave with access to ministry-specific resources vital to protect children in ministry programs.

Sexual Abuse Summit 2015 is hosted by the Georgia Baptist Convention, covering the majority of Summit expenses. Cost to attendees – $15 per person. This cost covers the full-day event, section materials, and lunch.
